Join us in making a difference in our members’ lives!   As an Information Security Specailist I, you will be responsible for maintaining the company’s networks, computer hardware, peripherals and software solutions to ensure the efficient and secure processing of member transactions.   To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common, uncommon and complex occurrences of each of the following under limited supervision from your manager: - Analyze data from threat and vulnerability feeds and use the data for applicability to the organization. Configure and monitor a variety of security devices and tools, including but not limited to: Anti-Virus endpoint, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, SIEM, DLP, NAC, Spam filter, Web filter, Patch Management, and Vulnerability Management tools, etc. - Execute policies and audit plans; identify security risks and operation needs. Ensure compliance with all applicable configuration standards.  Generate reports on assessment findings and summarizes them to facilitate remediation tasks. - Recommend improvements to the Information Security Program to the Information Security Manager. - Support the management of information security, the establishment and implementation of the Information Security Framework and Program in compliance with internal and external regulations, and perform all tasks assigned by the Information Security Manager. - Follow established safety policies and procedures as outlined in the OEFCU Illness & Injury Prevention Program. Submit to initial and ongoing Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance training.  Incorporates current BSA regulations into applicable job functions.  Position Qualifications and Skills: - Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is highly desirable; industrial certifications preferred. - Three years of work experience in Information Security. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively with attention to detail. - Experience in security device management and all related tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management, etc. - Knowledge of various operating systems including but not limited to: Windows, Linux, and UNIX; Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes, and technical security solutions (firewall and intrusion detection systems). - Strong IT Network background, knowledge of Information Security and Cyber Heist are highly desired.   Position Summary Under direct supervision, you will be responsible for the timely filing of lien instruments on motor vehicles pledge as collateral security. Duties include reviewing titling documents for completeness and accuracy, ensuring appropriate fees have been collected, initiating the filing process, maintaining record filings, disbursing checks to Department of Motor Vehicles and branch State Offices in appropriate jurisdictions, and attending to the renewal or release of filings.     Position Duties and Responsibilities Processes and completes all documentation necessary to perfect liens on vehicle titles used as security by performing the following duties and functions. Responsible for handling most complex titling issues including all U.S. States.   - Contacts dealers and members by telephone, direct computer access, or letter to resolve titling issues. Follows up on pending titles not received within the appropriate timeframes. Processes DMV Helpdesk tickets within the credit union’s time expectancy and responds to questions/ requests from staff and members. - Prepares and responds to all payoff request from dealer, members, and financial Institution. Processes the daily mail and filing to include notating detailed notes in FDI/Dealertrack. Work closely with Collections Department on reposed vehicles which includes title request - Maintains safekeeping of all original paper titles; maintains files on title documentation. Scans/store and submit paper title to FDI/Dealertrack for the title release process. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the credit union’s products and services. - Understand and comply with applicable Federal and State laws, banking regulations and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures. - Preform other lending or related duties as assigned   Position Qualifications and Skill Requirements - High School Diploma/ GED required - 1 years of experience in Vehicle Titling or similar experience preferred - Strong communication (verbal/written), negotiation and presentation skills; ability to effectively interact with all levels of’ internal and external business partners. - Strong member service, relationship, organizational, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. - Strong working knowledge of Credit Union products, services, policies, procedures and regulations. - Knowledge of lending systems, security agreements and terminology - Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). - Embrace ongoing education and learn/apply new skills and software applications. - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.   Physical Requirements - Must be capable of working agreed work shift in the Lending Department and of occasionally working before/after the work shift. - Physical activities include a combination of constant sitting, constant hand motion and occasional standing/walking.
